2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate in building a layer 1 blockchain (based on Aptos, and Move language) along with its associated side-applications.
• Conduct research, design, and development of blockchain features.
• Explore Aptos SDK projects and the Aptos ecosystem.
• Work closely with the Product team to define and prototype feature specifications.
• Participate in the integration of the blockchain with external systems.
• Implement performance tuning and optimization.
• Engage in code and design reviews to ensure quality.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends in the field.

3. REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2 years of participating in blockchain project development.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including networking, storage, operating systems, data structures, etc.
• Ability to conduct research and transfer knowledge effectively to the team.
• Ability to take ownership of features, work independently, and proactively contribute.
• Passionate about the crypto space, with expertise in topics such as proof-of-stake, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willing and fast learner in Move Language 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Professional experience with Aptos Network. 
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience with Node.js, Solidity, Rust, or Move.
• Good understanding of building performant, scalable microservices.
• Experience with Redis and multiple SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with AWS and Kubernetes.
