2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resources.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of project plans, including risk management and issue resolution.
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align on project requirements and deliverables.
• Leverage agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and enhance team productivity.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are in place for the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, especially in blockchain technology.

3. REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing technical projects.
• Experience in the blockchain industry or in developing products related to blockchain technology .
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum...) and tools (Jira, Trello...).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
