2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult with clients to understand business requirements and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Design and develop custom AI and ML models tailored to client needs.
• Create proof-of-concepts and MVPs to demonstrate value to clients.
• Provide technical leadership on AI implementation projects.
• Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Estimate project timelines, resources, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, project managers).
• Stay current with AI research and technologies to bring innovative solutions to clients.

3. REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including embedding-based search, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone), efficient indexing, retrieval, and pipeline integration for LLM-driven question-answering systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC) for managing version control, CI/CD, and pipeline automation.
• Understanding of distributed computing or GPU-accelerated training and inference.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts effectively to business audiences.
• Proven experience working in agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience across multiple industries (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.).
• Previous client-facing consulting experience.
• Project management skills.
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.
