Remote - Junior Developer (Generalist / Entry-Level) (Up to 1.000 USD)

Company is a decentralized, multi-chain structured-products protocol whose latest goal (V4) is to develop RFQ architecture which will form the backbone of a wide range of options products, across different protocols. 

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an entry-level position for recent graduates or junior developers excited about Web3, AI, and DeFi. You’ll support the team across multiple areas—front-end, back-end, integrations, and testing—while learning directly from experienced developers. It’s a hands-on opportunity to build, experiment, and grow into a specialist role within the company ecosystem.

• Assist senior developers in coding, testing, and deploying features across front-end and back-end systems.
• Help maintain and improve dashboards, vault interfaces, and internal tools.
• Support integration tasks with smart contracts, APIs, and Web3 libraries.
• Conduct basic debugging, documentation, and QA testing.
• Research emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-enhanced development practices.
• Collaborate across design, product, and engineering to deliver small but impactful features.

3. REQUIREMENT

• Recent graduate (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related) or up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with at least one back-end language (Node.js, Python, or Go).
• Eagerness to learn blockchain basics, smart contract interactions, and AI-assisted development.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt.
• Good English communication skills

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Previous internship or project experience in Web3, DeFi, or AI.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, or cloud services.
• Exposure to Figma or other design collaboration tools.
• Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or university research.
