AI adoption for Australian operations teams, delivered from Singapore.

The same 30-Day AI Adoption Sprint and embedded transformation pods we run in Singapore — remote, in your working hours, inside the tools your team already uses. No strategy decks, no Singapore-only assumptions.

Same time as Singapore (AWST = SGT)

One method, one team, measured the same way

The same 30-day Sprint

Map, score, deploy one or two workflows, train the team, measure. Fixed scope, fixed price, six deliverables.

Your tools, your tenant

Microsoft 365 and Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Google Workspace, Xero, HubSpot, your ERP or practice-management system. Data stays in your accounts.

Human sign-off, documented handover

Named engineers deploy; every workflow is handed over with a playbook, an adoption roadmap and an ROI summary.

Every Sprint hands over: Workflow Assessment Report · AI Opportunity Matrix · Deployed AI Workflows · Trained Team · AI Adoption Roadmap · ROI Impact Summary. Week by week →

Four things we settle before the first call

Delivered remotely, in your hours

Workflow mapping runs as structured workshops and shadowing sessions over Teams or Meet, with screen recordings for anything we cannot watch live. An on-site kick-off in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth can be scoped into the proposal.

No Singapore grants — and we say so

PSG, EDG and EIS apply to Singapore-registered companies only. Australian engagements are priced without them; if your adviser identifies an Australian programme you qualify for, we structure the paperwork to match.

Invoicing and contracts

Contracts are with Fetch Technology Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN 201729678R); invoices in AUD or SGD. Australian Privacy Principles and your outsourcing requirements are written into the engagement terms — see how we handle data.

Chat-first teams without WhatsApp

Where Australian frontline teams live in Teams, Slack or SMS rather than WhatsApp, the deployed workflows go there instead. The Sprint is designed for the channels your staff already open.

How we handle your data

Results from Singapore engagements

Same sectors we serve in Australia: logistics, professional services, financial services, healthcare, distribution, retail & f&b, manufacturing & industrial, public sector, education & non-profit. Anonymised; references on request.

Questions Australian teams ask first

Do you have an office in Australia?

Not yet. Fetch is a Singapore company with engineering hubs in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Australian engagements are delivered remotely in your working hours; an on-site kick-off can be scoped on request.

What working hours can we expect?

Singapore is on AWST (Perth time) and two to three hours behind the east coast, so a full Australian business day is covered. Sessions are scheduled in your local time.

Do Singapore grants apply to an Australian company?

No. PSG, EDG and EIS are for Singapore-registered companies. Australian pricing is quoted without grant assumptions.

Where is our data processed?

Inside your own tenant and tools by default — Fetch does not copy operational data into its own systems to run a Sprint. Where we host software we build for you, an Australian region (for example AWS Sydney) is agreed at proposal stage.

Which tools do you deploy into?

Whatever you already pay for: Microsoft 365 and Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Google Workspace, Xero, HubSpot, Make, n8n, Power Automate, and your ERP or practice-management system via API.

How do we start?

Book a 45-minute strategy call. We assess two or three of your workflows, tell you honestly whether the Sprint fits, and send a fixed-scope proposal within a week.
